Work Profile
In the work profile you set on which days you work and for how many hours. Timenor uses this to calculate your target hours and balance.
Working days and target hours #
The default is Monday to Friday with 8 hours each. Days can differ, for example Friday with 6 hours.
If you switch a day off, it no longer has a target. Timenor remembers its hours in case you switch it on again.
How to
- Open More › Working Hours & Planning › “Work Profile”.
- Under “Workdays & hours”, switch on the days you work.
- Set the “Target hours” for each active day (1 to 16 hours in half-hour steps).
- Tap “Save”.
Target hours per week #
Under “Targets”, enter your “Target hours / week”. They appear on the week card on the Overview (“23h of 38h”). The PDF report calculates the target working time per week from the target hours of your working days.
Break rule #
With “Automatic break”, Timenor enters the break for you. Set “Break after” (1 to 12 hours) and “Break duration” (5 to 120 minutes) and tap “Save”.
- When you stop – via the timer, the banner, the Live Activity or automatically – an entry that ran longer than “Break after” gets the “Break duration” as its break.
- A longer break that you entered yourself is kept.
- For a new entry with an end time, an empty “Break (minutes)” field means: apply the rule. The grey value in the field shows the break.
NoteThe rule does not apply when you edit existing entries.
