Getting started
Help & Support
For almost every area, Timenor opens the matching section of this help. If that doesn’t solve it, Timenor Pro lets you write to support right from the app.
Help right in the app #
The help opens as a window in Timenor, right at the matching section and in the app’s language and appearance. At the top you can search the whole help; the cross at the top left takes you back to the app.
- “?” in the title bar – help for the current view, for example in “Projects”, “Calendar” and “Analytics”, in the settings and in forms.
- “ⓘ” next to headings – explains a single card or figure, for example “Monthly Progress” and “This Week” on the overview.
- “Learn more” below a settings section – the explanation of exactly that setting. Some sections have a second link to a related topic, such as “Live Activity & notifications”.
- More › “Help & Guide” – the start page of the help. On iPad, “iPad help” appears below it.
- “Quick guide” on the welcome screen – the first steps.
Support chat #
An AI assistant answers right away from the texts of this help. If it gets stuck, a person takes over. That can take a while; the answer then appears in the chat. If you have allowed notifications, Timenor tells you about a reply even when the chat is closed. Tapping the notification opens the chat.
A screenshot helps fastest. Tap “Attach screenshot” or the paper clip next to the input field and choose up to three images. A new conversation always starts with text.
How to
- Open More › Help & Support › “Ask a question or report a problem”.
- Type your question or describe the problem in the “Message” field.
- Tap the “Send” arrow.
Support chat without Timenor Pro #
In the free version, “Ask a question or report a problem” shows a lock. Tapping it opens the Pro window with the notice “The in-app support chat is part of Timenor Pro.”
The help itself – every “?”, “ⓘ” and “Learn more” – is available without Pro as well.
